- Conducts independent research within organisations to assess current attitudes towards the workplace culture and diversity policies.
- Runs group coaching and corporate training sessions on gender and diversity appreciation.
- Helps managers gain the most out of the personalities within their teams.
- Runs general training on topics such as:
- developing self - and other-awareness in the workplace;
- time management;
- conflict management;
- assertiveness training;
- customer service excellence;
- managing work/life balance.
- Give key-note speeches and presentations on topics such as:
- understanding and managing gender dynamics in the workplace;
- understanding personal communities and creating family-friendly policies;
- managing workplace friendships;
- sexual attraction in the workplace and risk management;
- empowering women without disempowering men in the workplace;
- youth and work: getting the most out of your 'Y gen' employees.
